Whenever possible we aim to deliver directly from stock.

However, it is not always possible to hold a stock of every item in every size. When this happens we will order the product from our supplier as soon as we receive your order.

We endeavour to deliver all items within 14 working days of ordering and will normally make delivery much faster.

If we are unable to supply an item within this period we will contact you to advise of the delay and offer a full refund.

Returns

Humber Runner offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way not satisfied with the goods ordered from our website , we will exchange them or give you a full refund. Returned items should be in their original condition and packaging. Items should be unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

Humber Runner cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post and therefore proof of postage and insurance should be obtained when returning goods.
